Q: Will there be an option of attending in person?
A. Yes! You can choose between a face-to-face or virtual experience for Interactive 2021.

Q: Will there be opportunities for sponsorship and exhibits?

A: Yes! Product and service providers will receive information on face to face and virtual opportunities soon.

Q: Will the fees be the same for the virtual and in person experiences?

A: There is a price difference for the face-to-face and virtual  virtual experience. The face-to-face experience will include food & beverage costs and additional opportunities for engagement. If virtual attendees convert to a face-to-face experience, there will be an additional fee.

Q. Can I modify my registration or transfer it to someone else?

A. Registrations may be modified through June 28, 2021 by emailing vicki@tcase.org or kellie@tcase.org.  The email must include the registrants name and a list of items to be changed.

Q. What is the payment policy for Interactive 2021 registrations?

A. Payment or purchase orders for all registrations is due on or before June 28, 2021. Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that was not paid for by the employer, including cancellation or no show charges. 

Q. Can I purchase a notebook that includes session handouts for Interactive  2021?

A. Notebooks will not be available for purchase. All session handouts will be available on the Interactive 2021 conference portal where they can be downloaded and printed.
