Q. Can I register a group of attendees? Is there a group discount?
A. You can click here to complete and submit the group registration form. There is not a group discount for Great Ideas Convention.

Q. Can I bring guests or children with me to Great Ideas 2025?
A. In the interest of safety and injury prevention, children under 18 years of age will not be permitted in the conference meeting space and on the exhibition floor without permission of TCASE. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The exhibit hall and all meeting spaces are for registered attendees, exhibitors, and speakers only. While participants sometimes have other guests with them in the hotel during the event, at no time should unregistered guests be in the exhibit hall and meeting space without the specific permission of TCASE. Food and beverage served by TCASE and other exhibitors is intended for conference attendees and exhibitors, and should not be taken for the consumption of others.
Q. Can I modify my registration or transfer it to someone else?
A. Registrations may be modified through Jan. 31, 2025, by emailing info@tcase.org. The email must include the registrant's name and a list of items to be changed.

Q. What is the payment policy for Great Ideas 2025 registrations?
A. Payment or purchase order numbers for all registrations are due by Jan. 31, 2025. Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that has not been paid by the employer, including cancellations or no-shows.

Q. Can I purchase a notebook that includes session handouts for Great Ideas 2025?
A. Notebooks will not be available for purchase. All session handouts will be available on the Great Ideas 2025 website and conference app where they can be downloaded and printed.
