Q: Is there an option to attend the conference virtually?
A: Only in-person participation is being offered for Interactive 2024.
Q: Will there be opportunities for sponsorship and exhibits?
A: Yes! More information about sponsor and exhibit opportunities will be announced soon.
Q. Can I bring guests or children with me to Interactive 2024?
A: In the interest of safety and injury prevention, children under 18 years of age will not be permitted in the conference meeting space and on the exhibition floor without permission of TCASE. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The exhibit hall and all meeting spaces are for registered attendees, exhibitors and speakers only. While participants sometimes have other guests with them in the hotel during the event, at no time should unregistered guests be in the exhibit hall and meeting space without the specific permission of TCASE. Food and beverage served by TCASE and other exhibitors is intended for conference attendees and exhibitors, and should not be taken for the consumption of others.
Q. Can I modify my registration or transfer it to someone else?
A. Registrations may be modified until July 12, 2024, by emailing info@tcase.org. The email must include the registrant's name and a list of items to be changed.
Q. What is the payment policy for Interactive 2024 registrations?
A. Payment or purchase order numbers for all registrations are due by July 12, 2024. Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that has not been paid by the employer, including cancellations or no-shows.
Q. Can I purchase a notebook that includes session handouts for Interactive 2024?
A. Notebooks will not be available for purchase. All session handouts will be available on the Interactive 2024 website and conference app where they can be downloaded and printed.
