Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than January 21, 2026. Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. 

 

• Cancellations after January 21, 2026, are non-refundable.To transfer or cancel a registration, please send an email with details of the transfers or cancellations to info@tcase.org.

 

• Payment or purchase order numbers for all registrations are due by January 30, 2026.
   

• Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that has not been paid by the employer, including cancellations or no-shows.
   

Registration Modifications:

• Modifications or transfers may be made by emailing info@tcase.org. The email must include the registrant's name and a list of items to be changed.
