Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than June 30, 2025. Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

 

• Cancellations after June 30, 2025, are non-refundable. Registration transfers from one individual to another are welcome up to July 11, 2025. To transfer or cancel a registration, please send an email with details of the transfers or cancellations to info@tcase.org.

 

• Payment or purchase order numbers for all registrations are due by July 11, 2025.
   

• Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that has not been paid by the employer, including cancellations or no-shows.
   

Registration Modifications:

• Modifications or transfers may be made through July 11, 2025, by emailing info@tcase.org. The email must include the registrant's name and a list of items to be changed.
