What is included with an exhibit booth?
A 6' table, 2 chairs, trashcan. It is not required to purchase carpet. Event wifi is provided.
What is the difference between an exhibitor booth and an exhibitor suite?

Exhibit Booth (in the Exhibit Hall): dedicated space inside the exhibit hall, where attendees can browse and visit multiple exhibitors in one central location.

Exhibitor Suite (private room near the Exhibit Hall): a private room located near the exhibit hall (but not inside it). Suites give you a more flexible, personalized space that you can use however you’d like, including:

Private demos or longer meetings

Hosted meals or small group gatherings

Customized experiences tailored to your guests

Which option should I choose?
Choose an Exhibit Booth if you want maximum exposure and steady foot traffic in the exhibit hall.
Choose an Exhibitor Suite if you want a private, customizable space for hosted experiences and more in-depth engagement.
Choose both for the best of both worlds: visibility in the exhibit hall plus a private space for scheduled meetings and hosted events.
