Booth Assignments:
**Exhibitor booths or suites will not be assigned until payment is received in full.**
TCASE follows a tiered process for booth assignments. Priority is given in the following order: sponsorship commitment, TCASE membership, and exhibit history at TCASE events.
Cancellation Policy:
All exhibit space cancellations must be submitted in email to Olivia Whaley at olivia@tcase.org. Cancellations received on or before June 14, 2024, will be refunded at 50% of the total booth fee, unless other agreements are made by TCASE. Refund policy applies to deposits as well as to full payments. No refunds will be granted for space cancelled after June 14, 2024. Read TCASE Standards and Policies for Exhibiting for more details.
