The conference logo is a key element of our brand identity and represents the theme, values, and purpose of our event. To maintain consistency and protect our brand image, all parties—including sponsors, partners, media, and exhibitors—must adhere to the following guidelines when using the conference logo.
Approved Logo Versions
-
Primary Logo: This is the official logo for the conference and should be used in full color whenever possible.
-
Monochrome Logo: Use the black or white version only if color printing is not available or if contrast is an issue.
-
Event-Specific Logo: In cases where the conference logo includes a year or theme-specific version, use only the version relevant to the current year’s event.
Proper Usage Contex
The conference logo may only be used to promote the conference, including:
-
On official conference websites and partner websites.
-
In advertisements, announcements, or articles related to the conference.
-
On promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital banners.
-
In presentations, exhibits, and signage at the conference.
Any other use requires prior written approval from the conference organizer.
Clear Space and Placement
-
Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the logo's main icon to ensure visibility.
-
Do not crowd the logo with other elements or place it too close to edges or borders.
-
The logo should not be placed over busy backgrounds or patterns that reduce its readability.
Minimum Size Requirements
-
The logo should not be smaller than 1 inch (2.54 cm) wide for printed materials.
-
For digital media, the logo should be at least 150 pixels in width.
-
Avoid any resizing that distorts or blurs the logo.

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Use
Sponsors and exhibitors must use the logo in accordance with these guidelines and any additional terms outlined in their sponsorship agreement.
The logo must be presented in a way that makes it clear the sponsor or partner is affiliated with the conference, not the organizer of the conference.
Sponsors may use the logo on promotional materials to indicate sponsorship status only during the conference promotion period.
