Registration Policies:

• If registering a group, please complete the form above and email to info@tcase.org

• All cancellations must be received in writing by the TCASE office no later than June 14, 2024.  Written cancellations received by the deadline will receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee. 

 

• Cancellations after the June 14, 2024 deadline are non-refundable.  Registration transfers from one individual to another are welcome up to July 10, 2024.  To transfer or cancel a registration, please send an email with details of the transfers or cancellation to info@tcase.org.

 

• Payment or purchase order numbers for all registrations are due by July 12, 2024.
   

• Regardless of the situation, it is the responsibility of the individual registrant to pay any balance that has not been paid by the employer, including cancellations or no shows.

 

Registration Modifications:

• Modifications to a registration may be made through July 12, 2024 by emailing info@tcase.org. The email must include the registrant's name and a list of items to be changed.
